Refund Policy
At EmpowerHer, every item is created with purpose and positivity. We want you to love your purchase, but because many of our products are made to order, we do not offer refunds.
Store Credit Only
If there’s an issue with your order, we’re happy to offer store credit that can be used toward a future purchase. To qualify, items must be:

Returned within 7 days of delivery.

Unworn, unused, and in original packaging.

Approved through our customer service team before being sent back.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at empowerher810@gmail.com with photos and your order number. We’ll gladly replace the item or issue store credit.
Digital Products
All digital downloads are final sale and not eligible for store credit or exchange.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase as long as they have not yet been processed or shipped.
